This isn't about weight loss for me, it’s about getting healthier
I've been doing these programmes since March 2020, this isn't about weight loss for me, it's about getting healthier and keeping me sane during lockdown. I've learnt something new from every programme. I wasn't eating half enough to maintain my weight, I'm making healthier choices now when I'm eating, drinking more water than ever before and the biggest thing for me was learning to remotivate myself when I hit a wall rather than giving up. Kathie, you're an amazing motivator and teacher, I love each group when new people join because they always have different questions with the lives so you learn so much from them.
The accountability of having to check in daily is great, you say you have a shit day and everyone supports you or gives you a push to get off your arse. Also it's just great craic really! I love check in time to see how everyone is getting on!
